Great location, jacuzzi at the front, free parking.

May be,but In other room. The bed is not comfortable in the room for 4 persons. The breakfast is very good!

I travelled with a friend to watch my son play in the Euros basketball tournament in San Marino. The hotel was clean and tidy ,the staff were polite and friendly and the location was great .

We had a comfortable room for 4 (2 adults + 2 children) complete with jacuzzi. Children enjoyed the outdoor pool/jacuzzi and we enjoyed the gym/spa including massage bed and solarium free of charge. The staff was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Breakfast should include some more fresh bread or decent toast. But to the whole good.

The location is very good, the breakfast wasn't bad (except awful coffe). Room was clean, but very small.

WiFi was supposed to work everywhere in the hotel, but actually I could not connect from my room. Not everyone in the staff speaks English, but it's normal for Italy.

Excellent location near the Grand Hotel Rimini, the beach side restaurants, pubs, with a private parking. The hotel looked very nice, the gym and the jacuzzi were nice too.

Room slightly too small but for 65 euro for the double room, it's totally fine.

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet.

The rooms were adequate and clean, but they could use a makeover. We were only staying 1 night and really only using the room to sleep, so it worked for us. If I were spending a week at the beach though, I might choose a more updated hotel.

The hotel is great with a nice pool and great location. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The only problem we had was our air conditioning unit diddnt seem to work so we spent the whole night sweating. We had two seperate rooms and both diddn't seem to pump out cold air on any setting. Other than that I was very happy with the place.

It is very close to the beach. It has good value for money. The breakfast is quite rich.

In points in the bathroom there was mould.

Excellent hotel - great location only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and traditional restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast foods. Clean room, very comfortable. Excellent price for such a good service.

The Esedra's location is lovely and quiet surrounded by shady trees. The balconies are partitioned by concrete walls, a bit ugly, but they are private. The breakfast is a nice selection with juices, eggs/meat, coffee machine, biscuits/cakes/croissants + spreads, cereals and a fridge of fruit/yoghurt.

The wifi signal is absolutely not available through the entire hotel. I managed to pick up a free network from the end of my balcony, but not the hotel's own - I was only on the 1st floor. My 14inch tv was analogue only, rather than satellite as claimed on this site.

Elisa, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Good size room for 4 people. Very close to the beach. The breakfast was decent.

I booked a room for 4 people with a kitchen. The room was outside the hotel, it had stairs to get to it. The air conditioning was a machine that I had to hook a hose outside the window. It had aunts in the place. It said fully equipped kitchen but did not have microwave. The sofa was broken, old and duty. Did not have maps of the city or any other written information, but Elisa was helpful when asked for information.

Comfortable room is on the top of the list. The location, so close to the beach was wonderful, also.

A bit disappointed to not have WIFI access in the room (316). No signal even! Chose this hotel because of the parking place and... WIFI, but then... : (
